Intellectual Property and Usage of Designed Fonts

The fonts and characters embedded within the web app (Mirkab) are the intellectual property of our company. These fonts have been either designed by us or legally acquired from external designers. Under no circumstances may users extract, copy, or use these fonts outside of the web app (Mirkab) in an unauthorized manner. All usage of the fonts must occur solely within the web app (Mirkab) environment, and any export of designs must be performed exclusively through the built-in export functionality provided by the web app (Mirkab). Any attempt to extract or misuse fonts outside of the web app (Mirkab) is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration and Usage

To access the web app (Mirkab)'s features, users are required to register with a valid and active email address. All features and subscriptions will be tied exclusively to the registered email account.

Please note:

  • Any purchase made is linked solely to the email account used for registration.
  • If you log in with a different email address, your previous purchases will not be recoverable or accessible.

For this reason, it is essential to use the same email address for both registration and login to ensure uninterrupted access to purchased services.

Free Access and Usage Restrictions

When you first register and log in to the web app (Mirkab), you will have free access to its features. However, certain limitations will apply, such as the following:

  • A restricted number of characters that can be typed into the web app (Mirkab).
  • A limited number of exported designs.

These restrictions may be modified in the future, and any changes will be communicated on the website’s main page.

Subscription Plans and Unlimited Access

By purchasing a subscription plan (e.g., one-month, two-month, or three-month plans), the limitations mentioned above will be removed for the duration of the subscription. The web app (Mirkab) will function without restrictions according to the plan you have purchased. Subscriptions grant you full access to the web app (Mirkab)’s features for the specified time period.

Users who purchase a subscription for the web app (Mirkab) should note the following:

  • You can use your account on multiple devices, but not all at the same time. This limitation applies to all subscription plans we offer; the only difference between plans is the number of devices you can use simultaneously. When switching between devices beyond your limit (e.g., 3 devices for your plan), there’s a short cooldown period, like 5 minutes. For example, if you’re already logged into 3 devices and want to access your account on a new PC, the system will check if any of your current devices has been inactive for over 5 minutes. If it finds one, the new PC will be granted access, and the inactive device will be logged out.

Non-Transferability of Subscriptions

Currently, subscriptions are non-transferable between accounts. To access premium features and remove restrictions, you must log in to the web app (Mirkab) using the same account that was used to make the purchase. Subscriptions cannot be shared or transferred to another email account.

Test Before You Purchase

We highly recommend that all users thoroughly test the web app (Mirkab) and its features before purchasing a subscription. Please ensure the web app (Mirkab) meets your specific needs and functions as expected. Once you have verified its suitability, you may proceed with purchasing a subscription.

Refund Policy

Mirkab.com, as a provider of online calligraphy software with Persian and Arabic fonts, is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy has been designed to be clear, fair, and aimed at building users’ trust. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. General Refund Conditions

We believe that users should have complete confidence in the quality and functionality of the product. Therefore, the Mirkab software is available for free so users can test it and familiarize themselves with its core features. Purchasing a subscription is only necessary when users want to remove limitations and access the software’s full capabilities.

If a user is dissatisfied with their purchased subscription or encounters technical issues, they can request a refund under the following conditions.

2. Refund Due to Dissatisfaction

If a user is unhappy with the product after purchasing a subscription, they can request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. The conditions for this type of refund are as follows:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The user must demonstrate dissatisfaction with the full features of the software.
  • Refund requests are applicable only for the first subscription purchase. However, if a software update causes technical issues that impact the usability of the program, users may also request a refund for subsequent subscriptions within the 7-day refund period following the update. Refunds do not apply to automatic renewals unless technical issues arise due to an update.

Refund Amount:

  • The full payment amount will be refunded.

Subscription Cancellation:

  • After the refund, the purchased subscription will be canceled, and the user will revert to the free version of the software.
3. Refund Due to Technical Issues

In the event of technical issues related to payment, users can request a refund. These include (but are not limited to):

  • Duplicate Payment: If the user mistakenly pays more than the subscription fee or makes multiple payments.
  • Access Issues: If the full software features are not activated for the user after subscribing.

Refund Amount:

  • The full payment amount will be refunded.

Processing Time:

  • All refund requests related to technical issues will be processed within 5 business days.
4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must follow these steps:

Submit a Request:

  • Users should send their refund request via email to support@mirkab.com. The request should include the following information:
    • Full name
    • Registered email address
    • Subscription purchase date
    • Explanation of the reason for the refund request

Request Review:

  • The support team will review the request within 3 business days and notify the user of the outcome.

Refund Payment:

  • If the request is approved, the payment will be refunded to the user’s account within 5 business days.
